Our Therapeutic/Integrative Bodywork style is more focused on specific areas of the body that need extra attention to increases flexibility and reduce pain in muscles and soft tissue. It blends 3 or more styles into each session. This customizes your massage using Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Muscle Energy, Quantum Energy, Cupping, Stretching, Microcurrent,, Vibration or Cranial Massage. Massage tools may be used for relaxing tight fascia or muscle tissue.
Some clients wish to have a massage that incorporates some of our Therapeutic Bodywork to increase flexibility to reduce pain but also includes the relaxation and soothing Swedish massage blended in as well. So this unique massage blends the two types of massage. We perform our basic Swedish for relaxation with just a bit of the deeper integrative work to get out those knots leaving you feeling much more mobile and relaxed.
Our Relaxation Massage uses Swedish Massage strokes such as kneading, rocking and sweeping strokes to relax your body, mind and spirit. Just relax and let your stress fade away. This is a great starter massage for those that have never experienced a professional massage before.
This Massage combines our Swedish, Therapeutic Bodywork with Hot Stones. We use a custom blend of essential oils with our organic massage creams for a luxurious massage experience. We end our massage with a warm coconut oil neck and scalp massage followed by a foot reflexology treatment.
