This massage is a blend of Swedish and Integrative Bodywork. Swedish is more for relaxation but we mix-in some Therapeutic/Integrative work to get out those stubborn sore knots leaving you feeling much more mobile and relaxed. This massage may use some hot stones, vibration, myofascial body work or other techniques to relieve tightness in the body. This massage is not as deep or focused as our Integrative/Therapeutic Massage.
