This is a combination of Swedish and Therapeutic bodywork. This blend of techniques allows for relaxation but also works out stubborn tight areas that may be bothersome.
Our Relaxation Massage uses Swedish Massage techniques such as kneading, rocking petrissage, effleurage and vibration to relax your body, mind and spirit. Just relax and let your stress fade away. This is a great starter massage for those that have never experienced a professional massage before.
Our Therapeutic Massage style is a full body massage focusing on areas that may need special attention. This style blends multiple massage techniques to customize your massage experience. Various techniques may be used such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Muscle Energy, Cupping, Stretching, Microcurrent, Vibration, Neck and Cranial Massage.
At times you may only need focused massage work for an injury, specific pain or muscle tightness. In this case a 30 Minute focused session may be just what you need.
This Massage combines our Swedish, Therapeutic Bodywork with Hot Stones. We use a customized blend of essential oils and organic lotions for a luxurious massage experience. We end this massage with a warm coconut oil neck and scalp massage followed by a short foot reflexology treatment.

This massage utilizes Myofascial techniques to release tight and bound connective tissue. Fascia is found everywhere in the body; it surrounds every organ, blood vessel, bone, nerve fiber and muscle in your body. When the fascia is bound-up or stuck, the body feels tight, achy, and uncomfortable. Myofascial massage loosens and unwinds this fascia allowing for better flexibility and function. The pressure may be light, medium or deep depending on each persons body tension, diet and lifestyle .
This massage specifically targets headaches, neck aches, facial, sinus and jaw pain. Many attributes of cranial/sacral, myofascial and therapeutic techniques are integrated into this massage to release tight cranial muscles, fascia and associated muscles of the neck, face, cranium and jaw.

Focused Medical Massage therapy is suggested to relieve pain, anxiety or disfunction due to a specific medical condition, injury or accident. Your doctor may provide you with a prescription or order for massage (can be faxed over to us). We can develop a treatment plan based on your doctors orders and treat you with a variety of modalities. We can generate an invoice and receipt for you so you can submit this to your insurance, if applicable. We do not accept insurance at this time.
